Matterhorn Liquor 27% (2cl)

Slightly bitter and very aromatic liquor, with a subtle and herbaceous nose. On the palate, gentian and juniper dominate, bringing length and harmony. A few grams of sugar make this product rich and soft, and support its well-balanced bitterness.

Alcohol content: 27% vol.
Tasting: Served either as an elongated aperitif with cool water and ice cubes, or as a rather chilled digestive, or on ice, or as a cocktail.
Smell: Herbaceous, floral and caramelized.
Taste: Gentian and juniper, slightly bitter.
